If there is no ice added, how is the juice chill?

We store our peeled sugarcane in refrigerators. We use juice from the pre-chilled sugarcane to sweeten and make the juice chill. This way, we do not have the need to add ice cubes. In case of pure cold-press juice, you have the option to add ice cubes.

Why my juice is not sweet sometimes?

As use freshly crushed cane juice to sweeten our juices and do not use white sugar. Cane juice cannot match the sweetness compared to white sugar.

Why my juice is watery?

Water content depends on weather and the season. When there is more moisture available, cane and some fruits absorb more water making them watery. We serve as-is 100% natural, hence the juice can be watery at times.
